Is this colour Cerulean? I kinda picked the name just because it was a shade of blue. I think it's a tad lighter, but no one will care!

Very pretty. That used to be my favorite color when I was four but I didn't know how to say it so...it wasn't my favorite color anymore. I'm just saying random stuff because I never know what else to say about your layouts. They're always good. D:
