I use IE and it's centered for me. The quality of the background isn't great, but I love the banner image. Overall, I like it. (n_n)

it's on the right, rather than the center, in IE. the image quality is bad for both the banner and the background. the girl's hair color looks dead to me and i'm not so sure about the title fonts either...
