the colors aren't very complimenting each other. the titles are not that visible, should've made it contrast the background more.

Not a bad effort - the text for 'about me' and the like seems a little out of place though.

The navigation is totally messed up, the links are side-by-side which makes it have horizontal scrolling. You should have made the links vertical by putting at the end of each link.
