i think it's pretty ugly and the over all colors aren't that nice to look at. but the idea for it is good

i like your other layouts better but this is one is pretty cool too. :D

no duh some one made a layout with mspaint as the picture -_- this is different though. Thats like saying to some one who made a harry potter layout "Hey this was made before" stop being idiots people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
