&I didn't provided a navigation system on this layout, so if you want one, just add it in. I personally think it looks better with out one.

&You can use the headers to divide the main content area up, I think that looks better than the navigation. The code for the header can be found in the layout coding, it's pretty straightforward.
and just put any content you want there, and you can of course change the header titles.
