I agree with schizo, but otherwise I really like it. The rollovers are awesome!

I like it. Although, i think the navigation was a little too much for the rest of the layout. it doesn't really go. but other than that, good job! :D

lol to soeffinmajor i tried it but i couldnt see the color =/ so i had to go with the darker blue

this is cool. i think the nav is a little over the top, but why is the font in the comment box blue and not white like the rest of the lyt?

I like it, but I agree with schizo - maybe use a fuzzy earsing brush to make it look as if the sparkley things fade into the blue.
