thee background isnt alined correctly.

I like it. It's a little plain but that's good. I suggest setting the background to 'scroll' though so that the stripes stay lined up :D

The headers are too big, and they just don't look good =\ Also, you should have made the background of the layout transparent so it looked good with the background-image, as on this, it doesn't fit together.

But it's only your second layout, so hmm... But still, your last layout was better than this =] You can do better c'mooooooon =]
