This is a Div Overlay in order to use this layout make sure you are good at HTML and know how to read it. I really like this one... this was my first attempt at image rollovers :]

and as soon as i thought i saw all the layouts i was wrong, i love this layout, im favING for future reference, in case i get all crazy and change my layout AGAIN!
