Please Read- I don't mean to be rude but if you don't know how to edit some of this stuff then a DIV layout isn't for you! As it specifies, HTML knowledge is required!!!

However, for the sake of any more questions, I will answer the most popular one - how do I put in a picture?

Simple - find the Main content (where you type all your stuff in) and at the very beginning there should be A LINK TO A PICTURE!! IT SHOULD END IN .JPG!! Delete the link (link ONLY) and replace it with your own picture link. That's it.

At the beginning of the content DIV, there should be a image url. Delete it, and change it to your own.
