- Replace all XXXXXX's with your friend id BEFORE you save.

- find the 'pics' div in the second code and replace the image with your own. don't worry about it being too big, i've already set it to resize so it fits well :)

- find the 'loved' div in the second code. this is your friend space. you need to replace each pic with that of your friends and paste their url where it indictates.
