It's not the most original set up I've ever seen but the execution is better than a LOT of layouts submitted here. Like you said, very clean, very well done. So easy to use and an obvious theme.

I love the use of brushes, and the attention to small details is what really brings this layout to life I think - the shades of orange, the little decorative lines and brushes just to add a touch of character here and there, are so so good. Cannot rave about that nearly enough.

The orange/black combination, together with that tree, for some reason, makes me think it's a really African theme. Don't know why and very random comment I know, but it's a good thing; makes the layout feel very warm but ... like it's taking you on a journey. I love it.
