Another one of these note paper layouts. I like these a lot. This one is nice. I agree with the other responder- the comment box is an especially nice touch. Very clever.

There's no such code; no simple one code fix. I wanted this positioned on the LEFT in the first place. Unless you learn, I'm a bit too careless to help.
