Also, take my bullet points off of the layout! I made them and don't want them redistributed. It also says to leave credit, but you haven't. Oh and I just had a go at someone for stealing the bullet points when they didn't, it was you that took them. So I suggest you put credit up or just remove them entirely because I'm sure you don't want dirt for a name. ;)

the nav goes under the comment area...the code does need some fixing..

It's a great layout, but your coding sucks. Sorry. I would try to make it more user/browser friendly.
