Oh no, you dont have to do that. Next time, just make the bg color a color that you can change the background color too. Right now, I can see you have it set to fffffff. Choose a color such as ff3232, and make the bg that color as well.

I really urge you to change the bg color to a gray that blends in with the bg. On wider screen resolutions, there is a huge white gap on the right. The header image could have been better quality. Though, I really like the colors, blue and orange go nice with eachother. =)
