It's not bad, but it would've looked a bit better if the background color was darker..

Its pretty good since you're new at the divs, but I dont really like the background: it seems like there's way to much space.

I like the purple and the black and white...
And the banners awesome,

header seems awesome, but the purple and yellow doesn't look well together
and the fonts for "navigation, about me and so on doesn't look like it goes well with the layout"
