you must be using a gecko browser. i need to add a disclaimer saying that my layouts are only satisfactory in IE.

your background doesn't show
sooo change

to
background-image:url( 'http://cbimg8.com/layouts/07/ 05/25/17963ad.gif'); background-repeat: repeat; Background-position: top left; background-attachment:scroll;

just remove the space on the background image url
