I love the ocean theme of this layout

This has such a simplistic feel. But this could have been better if you added a scroll code and a center code for the DIV image. All in all, its a pretty nice layout. :)

the background doesn't seem to go well with the layout its selfi guess its ok... can't seem to find the words to help this...

I like it plus it gives off a calm type feeling. Its not something you see in most of the layouts, its more simplistic. Which I think is really good.

I really don't want to sound rude, but i think this layout is a bit boring. I like the blue though.
