I'm not sure how to code the table layouts (centered ones) but if I make a default default with a nice bg and CSS does that count?

No we do accept default layouts. We are trying to refrain from the default default layouts. (The ones that are just the original myspace layout with a background). We do accept default table layouts. So go ahead and make one. (we may be pickier on them
