I think the misalignment is just the CB preview...A lot of the LJ layouts are like that.

Anyway, I think the banner is pretty. It sounds weird, but I love polka dots in that color scheme. :D

It's not aligned properly in Opera. I do like it but.. I think that box throws it off..
