Okay, let me explain a bit about this layout! :P
The reason why I added Synyster Gates to this layout was simply because I had added his stripes background to the inside box thingy...And At first it would've been just Zacky V, because of his VU logo...but as I mentioned earlier, I HAD to add Syn! :) Dude Syn's guitar is awesome! I held one at Guitar Center...it's beautiful! XD Moving on...The Contact Box, I made it myself! I'm shocked, I thought it would've came out bad! XD
Now moving on to important details:
This layout must be placed at THE END OF YOUR ABOUT ME!
Or else the banner won't show! ENJOY! It's my first Standard Layout! :P

It looks alright but I think you should have made the banner image blend in more with the background so it doesn't look so plain and cut off like that. :\ Otherwise, good job.
