The guitar background shouldn't repeat, but overall cute colours.

LOVE that guitar image, great colors! Sadly it's cut off. ;(

Looks messed up in FF too, but in IE it looks okay. I also see a thick border around the whole layout... o_O

The colors and image all look nice, but I think the "TEXT HERE TEXT HERE..." should be darker.

And- just a pet peeve of mine (I'm sure it bothers other people, too)- you shouldn't make the Link hovers change size, because when you hover over them in certain spot (in this case the top), they flicker, because the the mouse isn't 'on' the link anymore when it's smaller. You should just increase the hover font size 1-2px.
