CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE POST THE CORRECT CODE? ALMOST EVERYONE CANNOT SAVE THE TEMPLATE BECAUSE OF THE WRONG CODE. CAN U PLEASE FIX IT? I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR IT.

perhaps somehow i can use this layout because i am very interested on it.
can xavgior tell how can i fix the html codes because there is an error and it is unable to save the template.

This message appear when I clicked to preview how it looks like. HELP...
