How do you change the part that says "Hi."?

Hey i really really love this layout! Unfortunately, it won't let me put a music player in the little box. It just goes in the back of the entire layout or makes everything deformed. Is there anyway to fix that? I really want to use this!

what Screenshot must be in 4:3 ratio or widescreen in createblog? Everytime I try to post my layout on to Createblog I get "Screenshot must be in 4:3 or widescreen".
This is the only help I can find about that on Createblog.
