okay so this is the second version of my hello kitty layout,
this one has rollovers and a slightly different set up :)
this is really my first attempt a rollovers so please bear with me!

i drew the rainbow and the hell kitty myself, and the clouds are
brushes from:
http://www.brushes.obsidiandawn.com/

please do not remove the credit as i put alot of hard work into this layout,
feedback is much appreciated :)
