This is a Div Overlay in order to use this layout make sure you are good at HTML and know how to read it. This is made using a little computer generated ghost... I think it's really a great Halloween layout hopefully some of you will use it.

i love this one but i think you should make a copy && take the happy halloween off. because i would love to use it but its the middle of february.

For some reason whenever I use a div overlay I get this grey border around the layout lyk it doesn't fit all the way. What should I do I really want to use this layout :)
