Hmmm, I kind of like this. The header amuses me and looks kinda cool only I don't like the font you've used for the title - subway? And the drop shadow makes it look even more out of place and a little tacky and superimposed.

I was expecting the image to be a little more serial killer-like, but that's not an overly big issue.

I think the theme overall is conveyed well, but I'm not such a big fan of the individual elements; the header fonts in particular. I think it just makes it look a little unwieldy and chunky.

That makes me sound a lot more critical of this layout than I actually am; like I said, altogether, this is a good layout. It's constituent elements could do with some minor tweaking is all.
