How I made this:
-First I found 2 photos of Taylor Swift
-I used this blending tutorial located here
-I added brushes from here
-Lastly, I put a glow touch on some of the brushes using the tutorial here, I added a small rectangle w/ a solid-to-transparent gradient, and I added text.
