Look carefully for specific instructions
I made this background as part of a layout for someone else that I made recently. I figured, as long as it took me, it might as well be of some use to someone else! I'm not sure who else might ever be looking for a tiling chain background, but hey. Anyway, I made the individual chain links in Photoshop, and it was a lot of duplicating and rotating from there. All from scratch! Enjoy.
