Hmm there is a special program from Stardock that will change your login screen, but I guess this is just a wallpaper. Still cute though.

It will not actually make the login screen look like that!
Its a desktop wallpaper!
You need to right click it and click Set as background!

Umm... its a wallpaper... for your desktop. You are just supposed to right-click the image and click Save Target As...
