Can someone tell me how to add a contact table I made in flash (.swf) to my myspace? Seems the original code doesn't allow the .swf file to get through.

Help would be most appreciated _smile.gif

yes, but an edit button doesn't bump topics that have been bumped down, and seemingly ignored.

i don't know specifics, but i don't think you'd be able to..uhm, put it in the normal contact table space.
if you are proficient in making flash documents, then i'd recommend adding the links to your flash contact table, and placing it somewhere other than the normal contact table space, don't use the contact table coding to do this.
either place it in a section [like about me, who i'd like to meet, etc], or make a div for it.
you can use codes to hide your normal contact table [no need for redundancy]
[and uhm, from what i've heard .swf files maybe [!] filtered, so if it doesn't work, use tinyurl.com]

Could use some help here sad.gif

I've been trying to put the code together myself, but all I have come up with is:
QUOTE
<div style="position:absolute; top:200px; left:50%; margin-left:-400px; width:400px; height:50px; font-size:30px;" src="SWF FILE"></div>

And it doesn't work pinch.gif

try tinyurl.com, because i think, .swf files maybe filtered out.
i don't know, i went to someone's profile, and they said^that.

My problem is actually making the swf appear. Not shortening the link to it.
See when I try to add it on my page, it doesn't appear. The contact table goes away, yea. But the new one made in flash doesn't come out.

All I saw in tinyurl was that it shortens the length of another url, not really much help there. Unless there's something I'm missing...?

I am having the same problem......how did you make it work? Please email me @ driveradum@hotmail.com if you don't mind. I have the swf file (my own) and it is showing up transparent. Thanks in advance...
