Hey guys. When I try to pay someone for something on paypal, they give me this:
Aug. 29, 2005/ Payment To Name/ Uncleared/ Details/ -$7.00 USD What does the uncleared mean? All I know is that it takes 2-3 days to clear up.. then the people recieve the money from me. Does it have to do with my funding type? How can I change it so when every time I pay, the person gets the money right away? Thanks for all your help! |
