but how did boobooxpp do her avatar...what program would you think she made that in? animation shop or what? can you help me find a tutorial for making that?

Well, if it's animated, probably ImageReady or Animation Shop.
Pretty easy.. :x
I mean, if you know how to use an animation shop.
... I'm not good at explaining so maybe you should just look it up in the tutorials' section. THey have plenty for animation shop & imageReady. Oh, yeah. Kind of just like making words glow.. and stuff. Blah. ;x

the size most people use is 100x100
