Problem w/ Computer, windows xp; freezes at startup |

Hello. My computer's always get this error. It just freezes at startup after loading the background, desktop items, and part of the taskbar. I could do the alt+ctrl+del to the windows task manager to logout and login again, and then it would load correctly.
Does anyone know what to do to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance.
