oooOOoooh! I think this is my favorite of yours yet. And it's set up pretty differently, which I think is AWESOME. It's very creative. The only thing I can see is that, at least on my monitor, the image background color doesn't match the page background color. it's just slightly off. It's probably the mozilla if it's a .png, so there's not really much you can do to fix it.

Actually its a jpg...hmm I will look at the background on different servers and see whats wrong with it.
yeah I wanted to set up the page differently...

edit//
okay so I went on IE and look and it was slightly off, so I just made the background image wider....thanks for letting me know, it should be okay now.

Its nice, but I find it odd that you have the warning thing more prominent then the content itself.

well I did the warning last
it fit the width of the image
and I wanted my content to be small
