Positioning a music dropdown box?, A little help please ^_^; Options

Ok, what I'm trying to do is center a music dropdown box/list/whatever above where my entries are. Can someone tell me where I should place the code and how I should center it?

(I tried placing it after the postioning for my blog and using div align="center" but it didn't center it, it was still more to the left and not completely inside the confines of my layout)

I'm sorry but when I previewed it in a codebox, it took out all of the linebreaks inbetween and it looked very messy. I thought no one would be able to read it. As for my problem, I still need help. ^_^;

First of all, I'd like to see your Xanga. second, the codebox I posted before contains a cleaned code. I didn't touch your div layers, but basically... Whichever one moves your blog, put the darkpler after that.
Then, at the start of the code, put <center>. When the form ends, (it should say </form>) put a </center> after it.
