tha system resources percent [ right click My Computer > Properties ] when i start my computer up is 67 .

but after i use tha computer for about .. an hour .. or more .. it slowly goes down to about TWO percent . this is while i'm browsing tha internet , playing a game , chatting on msn/aim .

& i go wtf ??? . so i close ALL my programs .. every single one .. even every one on my task manager .. but it goes up only to about 10 % .

what's up w/ this ?

That is not really your "only" choice. Most likely you have a virus running in the background, but it could also be a program running that does not appear in the task-bar.

Go check out your CTL-ALT-DELETE and then processes. You may find that some things r running and eating away at your system.
