Paint Background?, Backgrounds Options

I was just wondering if I could create a background using the "paint" program and then somehow transfer it over and use it on myspace? I tried putting one in photobucket and transfering it from there, but it was only the size of the thumbnail in my album.

Uh, yeah. You can do a lot of stuff with paint. :P
Just make the background you want, upload it, get the URL and add it to your CSS code. You can upload it at http://www.imageshack.us intead of Photobucket.
