adobe photoshop , image ready , photo delux . even picture it . thats what i use .

just use adobe photo shop or what these people suggested!you can upload it with your internet server and if you dont have one,you can use www.photobucket.com to upload the picture you want.then you can get the url of the picture.if you have adobe they make sure there set on pixels and width 600 and length 300.
