Code for PERMANT changing the font, color, & size

Is there a code that you can put in the webstats or custom header that will change the font color and size ? All I could find is codes to change it one time, I want it to be permant.

Actually what kind of text did you want to change like the main text of the blog the text of the modules and etc.
