Try not to think about it, keep yourself occupied. Don't worry, I've been through the same paranoia.

Once I read a book on ghosts.. or whatever... and I was sooooooo scared. :(

You'll get over it eventually, it happens to me all the time after a scary movie, story, etc. A week later it goes away.

Caaaalm dooooown.

Agreed. Just stop thinking about it. If you're at work what are you doing on cB anyways? Technically.. aren't you supposed to be working?

wow, so many replies =x well, i can't respond to everyone but last night, it took me FOREVER to sleep :( i even told my man to talk to me about something boring (or long) so i could fall asleep on him over the phone xP it actually worked =x i got my mind off of what i was afraid of and started dozing off. THEN he decided to check if i was actually asleep and he said "okay, now for a scary story" and once i heard the word "scary" i woke up with all the images in my head and i got scared again and couldn't sleep :( (until laaaaaaater on) ack

im a wuss...I KNOW! gah! but i love your replies :) makes me feel better....(only the nice ones >:])

oh yeah, im on cb at work cuz my mom's away on vacation (i work with my mom) and since she's gone, there's nothing much to do xP it helps my day go faster xP

+i know im overreacting, that's why i needed to let it all out + have people to be a friend + help me out (which i appreciate everyone's response :D)

but today, im feeling MUCH better :) but if there are any other ideas, i'd LOVE to hear them cuz i get scared VERY easily :) (sorry for the paragraph =.=)

don't watch hide & seek. CREEPY BEYOND CREEPY MOVIE. and then you'll be even more paranoid.. esp around bathtubs.. EWW Okay ill stop before i freak myself out.

just try and be come and think logically, what could really happen to you. plus- before you knew about this stuff the same amount of it (or lack of it) was there before.. so dont be scared of it now just becaue you're more knowledgeable on the subject (proves my theory knowledge leads to fear once again..). just try and be calm and think to yourself, "this is stupid, nothings going to happen" and then think about happy things :)

:) haha my bf wanted to watch that movie. HELLLL NOOO!! ><
wells, any keywords leading to something scary gets my head going O.o! for example: bath tub (you just said) a flash about the haunted house i went to at lake george (you know, for "entertainment", not an actualy haunted house) + there was this tub with a *fake* dead body and blood splattered all over. at first it wasn't scary, but later on, i kept thinking "what if it was actually real?" and THEN i got scared :(

i try thinking about happy thoughts, but for some reason, scary images take over every time :( wah*
