Here's my Xanga:
http://www.xanga.com/protegechris

My issue in firefox is that it displays both a horizontal and vertical scrollbar, and it shouldn't show either.

Here's the header code..
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type="text/css"><!--
  body {scrollbar-3dlight-color:white;
            scrollbar-arrow-color:black;
            scrollbar-track-color:white;
            scrollbar-darkshadow-color:white;
            scrollbar-face-color:white;
            scrollbar-highlight-color:white;
            scrollbar-shadow-color:white}
--></style>
</head>

<style type=text/css>
TD,P,body
{
COLOR: black;
FONT-FAMILY: verdana, tahoma, helvetica, sans-serif, arial;
line-height: 12pt;
FONT-SIZE: 10px;
cursor:none;
text decoration:none
}
A:link { text-decoration: none; color:"black"; FONT-SIZE: 7pt; cursor:none}
A:visited { text-decoration: none; color:"black";
FONT-SIZE: 7pt; cursor:crosshair}
A:hover {text-decoration: none; color: gray}

table.left {
/* this edits the menu module */
 width:232px;
</style>
<STYLE type="text/css">
BODY
{
background-color: #999999;>

</style>

<DIV align="center" valign="middle" style="BORDER-TOP: 1px solid FFFFFF; FILTER: alpha(opacity=100); OVERFLOW: auto;
BORDER-LEFT: none; WIDTH: 700;
BORDER-BOTTOM: none;
BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff">
<img src="http://www.protegechris.info/header.jpg"><br>
<div align="right"><a href="http://www.xanga.com/signin.aspx">Login</a>
<a href="http://www.xanga.com/logout.aspx"> - Logout</a><a href="http://www.xanga.com/private/SubscribeTo.aspx?user=protegechris"> - Subscribe to me&nbsp;</a></div>

Anyone know what's up?

There is nothing you an really do about it since firefox and IE use different javascripts if I'm correct so it's either you code it in Ie or firefox is all i can say.
