You can use a tool that shows you the value for a given pixel on your screen; a list of such tools is available here.
Or, if you happen to be lucky enough to be a Mac OS X user, there's a color picker utility that comes with the OS; it is found in /Applications/Utilities. |

You can change color to hex codes in MS Paint&Calculator.

You don't actually need the pictures. It all in the instructions, just actually think while you're doing this tutorial, otherwise you'll come up with some weird color.
