I made thios banner took me so long to find out wut it should turn out like. It's surpose to be a girl in a kinda of dream world but hse's not quite sure if she's awake or dreaming? well sumthing like that.

i kinda like the way its all mosiac-y.. it really adds to that sleepy effect [esp with all the blur]

.... I somehow think you did not do justice to the original image. Where'd you find the original image?
 The blue seems too dark of a blue for this sleepy aura you're trying to create... I believe a yellow or pink might've panned out better. Also, the original image is too obscured. The girl hardly shows at all, whatever filter you used washed her out! And... You shouldn't have applied the mosaic effect on the girl... It doesn't fit. The world around her is supposed to be dream-like, not her... =S

IMO, my honest opinion, I think the mosaic effect is a bit much. I think you should turn it down alittle bit..
but everything else looks alright I suppose.. |
