I live in ny on the lower east side. The other day i found myself at a local club called pianos. i consider myself to be in the know as far as the hot new ny bands, but somehow these guys missed my radar. i must be loosing my edge cause the place was packed to the gills with people singing along and making much merryment. i found them on myspace http://myspace.com/haveherhomebyten . they were really incredible live. 2 guys 2 girls all dressed up. you can download there tunes for free at myspace, it's really fun. i heard they recorded the record live with no fixes and cheats and junk. am i the last person to hear about them? does anyone else have any info?

Meh.. they're okayish. I really like their band name though. ;D I might download a few of their songs on that myspace. They sound pretty good.

Hmm, I live in NY too, but I've never heard of them. Then again, I don't really know of any bands that play here... I'll go check them out now and edit this with what I think.

i think you'll be the first and last person to hear of and enjoy them.
i've been to the lower east side too many times to count and i've never heard of them...from their site they just seem enveloped in conceit. wow. o.k. i'm gonna go see them this friday at the bitter end in the village. maybe you and your g string can come down from the upper west side and experience some real rock before it hits your radio.
