Well if your using ftp , you upload it through ftp.
If you have your pagebuilder site then just upload it through the little uploading page. If your try to make your website page in notepad. Then you just upload it through ftp and change the extension from .txt to .htm or .html or .php. |

Use .html first. .php isn't supported by some hosts and if you don't know what you're doing, .php can screw up your site.
And, if you're coding in Notepad, backspace when you're saving otherwise the file will still be just a text file. |
