Transparent scrollbar causing text problems Options

In my Xanga, I finally got the scrollbars to become transparent, but now the problem is...that the text is like...blurry.

And instead of making another thread, i want to ask another question. I created my blog to be exactly the same size as the darker box, but when i write in it, the words do not fill the box...what can i do for this?
