thumbnail images on a marquee, please help!!!!!! Options

I can not, for the life of me, figure out how to put up multiple moving pictures on my xanga. Here is my xanga url: http://www.xanga.com/blueyedbrunette89 I combined 2 different codes I found on here. It's wayyy to slowww. (as you should notice) Plusalso, it has x's in the middle of each image. My code is:
