Overall concept: I love it.
Though I'm not really fond of the sidebar--I think it's mainly due to the fact that it's got so much content in it, that it surpasses your entry side (which obviously is small at the moment since you just started it.) Other then that, it's really appealing to the eyes. =) |

I really love the banner, and how you made the words (describing her clothes and whatnot) on the graphic work with everything and you didn't make it look too weird. I love how the graphic isn't just a plain rectangle or square. Great job =]

The top picture is too big and the side bar looks weird, you may as well make a separate page for that stuff.

For some reason, I don't like the banner. It looks like the banner is divided into seperate images, which makes it look blocky and unaligned. I like the blog and navigation.
