Displayin only one entry Options

Anyone know any script that only display one entry at a time yet allow users to read previous posts? Theres one in the script forum but that goes back to the 5th previous post only. For ex. I just posted today 8/7/05. My last entry was yesterday. Instead of goin to yesterday it would jump back all the way to 7/23

thx for the help. however neither of those code allow users to go back to the last previous posts.
