Besides the gradient over pattern background, it seems like a bunch of brushes and then a typed "stupidity" over in the corner.

OMG THAT IS SOOO FREAKING GOOD!!
i love it!! i also love what you did with the background too! but the stupidty.. um looks weird. heh it should be like heart broken...because black heart means heart broken, right? or maybe not. it's your way hehe. |

I just used brushes, gradients, and messed with the layer styles and such. Also, the stupidity part was part of a brush.
I was going to add a vexel I did, but the vexel didn't turn out really good so I took it out. |
